Toddy is a classic cold-brew system: coffee + cold water in a filtered bucket, long contact, then drain the concentrate.
Smooth concentrate with lower perceived acidity; serve diluted with water or milk. Different from cold drip towers.
Respect time (often 12–24 h) and concentrate ratio. In Cafesito link it to cold brew / Café frío.
Do not drink undiluted concentrate or confuse it with flash brew / Kyoto drip.
