Cafesito Terms of Service
Last updated: August 28, 2026
Welcome to Cafesito. By using this application, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, we recommend that you do not use the app.
1. Service description
Cafesito is a community for coffee lovers. It allows you to explore coffees and brands, log consumption and activity, manage a personal pantry, brew recipes, create custom coffees, save favorites and ratings, and follow other users. It also allows roasters and brands to create a company account linked to a personal account, with an official profile, catalog and team management. Some features require signing in with Google or Apple. The service is available on web (PWA), Android and iOS.
2. Requirements for use
You must be at least 14 years old, or the minimum legal age in your country, have a valid Google or Apple account, and use the application lawfully. The owner reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these rules.
3. User account
The user is responsible for keeping their account confidential, for all activity carried out through it, and for the accuracy of the data they provide. Cafesito is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by misuse of the account.
4. Company / roaster accounts
To create or manage a roastery you must first have an active personal account. There is no standalone “company-only” signup: the company is created and managed from that personal account (and, where applicable, from invited members).
- When requesting a new signup or a brand claim, you declare that you are authorized to represent the company and that the information provided is accurate.
- New signups may activate immediately; claims of existing brands or coffees may require review by Cafesito.
- You are responsible for company profile content, the catalog (including descriptions and images) and the actions of members you invite.
- Cafesito may reject, suspend or remove the verified badge, public profile or coffee links if it detects fraud, brand impersonation, unlawful content or a breach of these terms.
- Using a company account to manage your own catalog and official profile on Cafesito is allowed; it does not authorize spam, mass scraping or uses that harm other users or the service.
5. User-generated content
The content you upload or enter, including posts, ratings, lists, photos and company coffee pages, must be your own or used with permission, must not infringe third-party rights, and must not be illegal or offensive. Cafesito reserves the right to remove content that breaches these conditions.
6. Allowed and prohibited use
Allowed: Personal use of the community; use of a company account for the profile and catalog of a roastery you legitimately represent; registering and consulting coffee-related information; sharing content within the community.
Prohibited: Fraudulent or automated use, including bots; unauthorized access; reverse engineering; impersonating third-party brands; publishing catalogs without rights; or any use that negatively affects the service or other users.
7. Privacy and cookies
The processing of personal data, including data related to company accounts, is described in our Privacy Policy. On the web, a cookie notice is shown; when continuing or signing in you can accept only essential cookies or all cookies, including analytics. Using the service means you have read and accepted the applicable privacy policy.
8. Service availability
Cafesito is provided "as is". The owner may modify features or suspend the app without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Account and data deletion
You may request deletion of your account and data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the process described in Data deletion. Once deleted, the data will be removed or anonymized and cannot be recovered. If you own a company, arrange transfer or closure of that company first if you want other members to keep access.
10. Limitation of liability
Cafesito is not liable for data loss caused by technical issues or for decisions made by the user based on information shown in the app. Use of the service is at your own sole responsibility.
11. Intellectual property
Cafesito’s design, brand, logo, code and texts are the property of the owner. Reproduction or use without explicit authorization is prohibited. Rights in roaster brands and content remain with their owners; by publishing them on Cafesito you grant a non-exclusive license to display them in the service.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of the new terms. Substantial changes will be communicated, where possible, through the app or the website.
13. Applicable law
Spanish law applies. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
