Welcome to Cafesito. By using this application, you accept these Terms of Service.
1. Service description
Cafesito is a community for coffee lovers that lets you explore coffees and roasters, log activity, manage your pantry and follow other users across web and Android.
2. Requirements for use
You must be at least 14 years old, have a valid Google account and use the app lawfully.
3. User account
You are responsible for your account confidentiality and for the accuracy of the data you provide.
4. User content
Any lists, reviews, notes or photos you upload must be yours or used with permission and must not violate third-party rights.
5. Allowed and prohibited use
Allowed: personal, non-commercial use of the service and community features.
Prohibited: fraud, automation, unauthorized access, reverse engineering or misuse that harms the service or other users.
6. Privacy and cookies
Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy. On the web, you can accept only essential cookies or all cookies including analytics.
7. Availability
Cafesito is provided �as is�. Features may change or be suspended when necessary.
8. Account and data deletion
You may request deletion of your account and data according to the Privacy Policy and the process described in Account deletion.
9. Limitation of liability
Cafesito is not liable for technical data loss or decisions made based on the information shown in the app.
10. Intellectual property
The design, brand, code and content belong to the owner and may not be used without authorization.
11. Updates
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated version.
12. Applicable law
Spanish law applies. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
