Hario Switch sits a V60 on a switch base. Close for full steep, open to drain through the filter.
Aim for more body (longer immersion) or more clarity (earlier drain). Great for learning extraction.
Try a closed bloom, steep, then open on a timer. In Cafesito link it to V60 and Clever.
Opening too early or with uneven grind wastes the control the Switch is for.
