Percolator

Also known as percolator · cafetera percoladora

Percolador de café

Water rises and re-passes the bed at high temperature. Historic for home/camping; not moka or modern drip.

Often cooked, bitter, less aromatic clarity if left too long.

If using it: medium-coarse grind, stop early. In Cafesito prefer V60/batch for clarity.

Recirculating forever or grinding espresso-fine.
