Golden honey

Also known as golden honey · honey dorado · miel dorado

What it is and what sets it apart: Golden honey is a producer/trade label for a middle mucilage level—more sweetness than white, more clarity than black.

How it is done: Pulp → partial mucilage → bed drying with day/turning control → hull.

Flavours and cup benefits: Honeyed sweetness, soft fruit, medium body, good clarity. Versatile for filter and espresso.

Technical notes: No single standard—ask for mucilage % or drying days.

Common mistakes: Do not assume every golden honey tastes the same.
