Account and personal data deletion
At Cafesito, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. That is why we offer a simple process to request deletion of your account and the data linked to it.
What does deleting your account mean?
You can start the process directly from the app in Profile ? Options ? Delete my account and my data.
Once confirmed:
- Your account becomes inactive and your session is closed.
- Permanent deletion is scheduled after 30 days.
- If you sign in again before that period ends, the process is stopped and your account is reactivated.
- If you do not sign in again, deletion becomes final.
Some data may still be kept in anonymized form or for the minimum period required by law.
How can you request deletion?
From the app (recommended)
- Open Profile.
- Tap Options.
- Select Delete my account and my data.
- Confirm the action.
By email
If you cannot access the app, email us at hola@cafesitoapp.com.
Please include your registration email, your username if you remember it, and a clear request for deletion.
Timelines
The process includes a 30-day safety window. During that period, signing in again cancels the deletion. After 30 days, deletion is final.
